CYCLING IS NEW MEXICAN PRESIDENT EDGARDO HERNÁNDEZ.

Mexico .- (Notimex). The Oaxacan Edgardo Hernandez was elected president of the Mexican Cycling Federation (FMC) for the period 2009-2013 with 13 votes in favor and nine against, during the meeting held on the premises of Codema in this capital.
