Montevideo .- (EFE). The American Jack Keough, Kelly Benefits team won the fourth stage of the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay 66, won his third stage triumph, and his teammate, fellow American Jonathan Mumford, remains race leader. Keough
ratified, once again, the conditions for packaging and in a tight definition, squad, won for the third time. Previously he was the winner in the first stage and yesterday in the third.
