The International Cycling Union (UCI), the Pan American Confederation (COPACI), the Mexican Federation and the Institute of Sport of the State of Aguascalientes, officially convened Junior Pan American Championships 2009, which will take place from 12 to 19 July in the Mexican city.
According to the notice issued by the Organizing Committee, the track events will be held at the Velodrome in the city of Aguascalientes, which has an outdoor track with concrete surface of 333.33 meters, with a maximum cannot 43 º and a minimum of 23 degrees on the straights.
The Junior Pan American organization will provide accommodation and meals from dinner on July 11 to breakfast on the 20th of the same month, delegations made up of twelve (12) people five (5) male runners and four (4) women and three (3) technical assistants.
These facilities will be awarded to the first fifteen (15) participating countries confirm their participation with 30 days before the event.
For transport, the organization has provided airport transfers from Aguascalientes to the place of accommodation on arrival, as well as from the latter to the airport the day of return to their countries.
National Federations must confirm their participation with a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance, noting airline and time of arrival at the airport in Aguascalientes, to coordinate the receipt and movement provided by the organization hosting the Junior Pan American. Add

Keough, who had already won the first stage on Friday, won the 179.5-kilometer stretch of San Jacinto and peach with a time of four hours, 21 minutes and 40 seconds.
The U.S. led a large pack among which were the best locations in the overall standings, so this did not suffer alterations in the first place.
The second place went to local Mario Sasso, and English Oscar Grau completed the podium on the stage. The statistics
